SUCRE “CAPITAL CITY OF BOLIVIA”
Sucre is called the "White Capital" of Bolivia due to the predominant white wash and the materials used for the red tile roofs of the old mansions in its historical centres. Time seems not to have passed in "the White City" where exceptional examples of Baroque art are found on every corner.
Sucre is at 2800 metres above sea level, here it is much more warm than Potosì and it is easier also to breath.
